The COOLMASTER® is a powerful dry ice blasting machine. Compressed air, dry ice consumption and particle size can be adjusted to suit the specific cleaning task and surface. This makes the machine suitable for the gentle and efficient cleaning of sensitive surfaces and hard-to-reach areas.

Cleaning with the COOLMASTER® requires no water and no chemical cleaning additives. The dry ice completely sublimates, leaving no blasting media residue behind after cleaning. The removed contamination can then be collected and disposed of according to the type of contamination.

From gentle cleaning in medical technology to intensive dirt removal in mechanical engineering, the COOLMASTER® can be used flexibly for a wide range of applications.

WEIGHT:

The COOLMASTER® weighs just 36 kg (79.4 lbs) and, thanks to its practical wheels, is mobile and flexible to use – ideal for changing cleaning locations.

Noise Level:

The COOLMASTER® operates at a noise level of *50 to 100 dB(A), depending on air pressure, grind setting and nozzle.

PELLET SIZE:

The COOLMASTER® grinds dry ice pellets to the desired particle size. The integrated, specially developed grinding system of the COOLMASTER® allows the grind setting to be adjusted individually. The pellet size can be adjusted from 0.2 mm to 3 mm, depending on the contamination and surface.

AIR PRESSURE:

The COOLMASTER® operates from as low as 0.5 bar, allowing sensitive surfaces to be cleaned at this low pressure. The air pressure can be individually adjusted from 0.5 to 10 bar, making it suitable for gentle and intensive cleaning tasks.

DRY ICE CONSUMPTION:

The COOLMASTER® CM100 uses *4–35 kg/h of dry ice pellets, depending on the settings. The required amount of dry ice and the air pressure can be adjusted independently to suit the specific cleaning task. For sensitive surfaces and lighter contamination, a lower amount of dry ice can be used than for heavy contamination.

AIR CONSUMPTION:

The COOLMASTER® CM100 requires *0.2–1.1 m³/min (200–1,100 liters/minute) of compressed air, depending on the settings. The operating pressure can be flexibly adjusted from 0.5 to 10 bar to suit the specific cleaning task. The COOLMASTER® can be connected to common compressed air systems (screw compressor with refrigerated dryer, minimum 5.5 kW, ideally 7.5 kW).

OPERATION:

The COOLMASTER® offers intuitive operation with an easy-to-use menu. Programs and settings can be customized, and automation solutions can be integrated.

HANDY:

The lightweight 600 g blasting gun of the COOLMASTER® dry ice blasting machine makes it easy to handle. It is also equipped with practical LED lighting that provides good visibility of the work area, even in dark areas.

FOR EVERY APPLICATION:

For demanding cleaning tasks, the COOLMASTER® offers a wide selection of robust, high-quality metal nozzles – the right nozzle for every application.
