The COOLMASTER® is the ideal dry ice blasting device for the gentle and efficient cleaning of sensitive surfaces and hard-to-reach areas.

By using dry ice, which completely sublimates after use, contaminants are removed quickly and effectively. Since dry ice is non-conductive, it also allows for the safe cleaning of sensitive electronic components.

The cleaning process is completely dry, leaving no water marks or residues, making the entire cleaning process more efficient and time-saving. After use, dissolved contaminants can be easily and environmentally disposed of.

The COOLMASTER® weighs only 36 kg and, thanks to its practical wheels, is mobile and versatile – perfect for various cleaning tasks.

Noise Level:

The COOLMASTER® operates at a quiet noise level of just 50 dB(A) to 100 dB(A), making it ideal for use in noise-sensitive environments.

PELLET SIZE:

The COOLMASTER® grinds fine dry ice particles. Its integrated, specially designed grinding mechanism allows for individual adjustment of the grind size. The pellet size can be easily adjusted from 0.2 mm to 3 mm – ensuring optimal cleaning quality.

AIR PRESSURE:

The COOLMASTER® starts at just 0.5 bar of air pressure, making it suitable for cleaning highly sensitive surfaces. The air pressure can be individually adjusted from 0.5 to 10 bar – ideal for both gentle and powerful cleaning tasks.

DRY ICE CONSUMPTION:

The COOLMASTER® uses just 4-35 kg/h of dry ice, making it up to 70% more efficient than similar devices – ensuring a cost-effective cleaning solution.

AIR CONSUMPTION:

The air flow rate of the COOLMASTER® is up to 80% lower than that of comparable devices. This reduces operating costs and allows for connection to standard compressed air systems.

OPERATION:

The COOLMASTER® offers intuitive operation with an easy-to-use menu. Programs and settings can be customized, and automation solutions can be integrated.

HANDY:

The COOLMASTER® dry ice blasting gun weighs only 600 g, making it easy to handle. Additionally, it is equipped with a practical LED light that ensures optimal visibility even in dark areas.
