The grinder of the COOLMASTER\u00ae CM100 is integrated directly into the machine. This special design enables dry ice pellets to be crushed inside the unit before the actual blasting process.<\/strong><\/span><\/p>\n

The core of the COOLMASTER\u00ae is its integrated grinder. Standard 3 mm dry ice pellets are crushed inside the dry ice blasting machine to the desired particle size before the actual blasting process begins.<\/p>\n<\/div><\/div><\/div><\/div><\/div>

Because the dry ice pellets are crushed before the blasting process, a uniform blasting medium reaches the nozzle. This supports a homogeneous and continuous cleaning stream and effectively prevents technically induced nozzle blockages. The grinder setting can be adjusted to suit the specific cleaning task and application.<\/span><\/p>\n

With this design, the compressed air demand of the COOLMASTER\u00ae ranges from 0.2 to 1.1 m\u00b3\/min (200 to 1,100 liters\/minute or 7.1 to 38.8 CFM), depending on the setting and nozzle.<\/span><\/p>\n<\/div><\/div><\/div><\/div><\/div><\/div><\/div><\/div><\/div><\/div><\/div><\/section>

      1. Set the Grinding Level<\/span><\/span><\/h3>

      Set the grinding level according to your cleaning task and surface structure.<\/strong><\/span> The COOLMASTER\u00ae grinds standard 3 mm dry ice pellets to a particle size of 0.2 to 3 mm.<\/span><\/p>\n

      The particle size can be adjusted at any time to suit the cleaning task.<\/span><\/p>\n<\/div><\/div><\/div><\/div><\/div>

      2. Select Blasting Nozzle<\/span><\/span><\/h3>

      Once the grinding level is set, simply attach the blasting nozzle with the matching color to the blasting gun.<\/strong><\/span><\/p>\n

      The grinding adjustment is color-coded: green, yellow and red. The blasting nozzles have the corresponding colors. This makes it easy to see at a glance which nozzle matches the selected grinding level.<\/span><\/p>\n<\/div><\/div><\/div><\/div><\/div>

      3. Select the Program<\/span><\/span><\/h3>

      Select the appropriate program for your cleaning task. The programs already include standard settings for compressed air and dry ice volume.<\/strong><\/span><\/p>\n

      The compressed air can be adjusted continuously from 0.5 to 10 bar (7.3 to 145 psi). In the User program, you can adjust the settings individually and save frequently used values.<\/span><\/p>\n<\/div><\/div><\/div><\/div><\/div><\/div><\/div><\/div><\/div><\/div><\/div><\/section>
